Week 1 — Circadian Reset: Light & Its Timing
Understand how light is the master signal that resets your body clock—and directly affects energy, hormones, sleep and repair.
Week 2 — Fuel the Clock: Reset Your Metabolism
Align your meals and hydration with daylight and reset your metabolism by adjusting your feeding window. Build strong daytime light exposure and create a true recovery-focused evening routine — including practical electrical boundaries.
Week 3 — Stabilize the Clock: Electrical Nourishment
